Blair Rubber's personnel are experienced in designing and processing rubber compounds for the highly corrosive and abrasive environments encountered by gold ore processing equipment.
BLAIR'S ENDURAFLEX™ performance linings for gold processing are:
VE-611-BN, 60 durometer Natural Rubber, for moderate abrasive feed piping.
VE-611-BN is designed for sliding abrasion, weather and chemical resistance, making it good for pipe application, neutralization and thickener tanks.
VE-616-BN, 70 durometer for severe abrasion and high solid processing. VE-616-BN is designed for high cut, tear and abrasion resistance such as ore breakdown, and tailing thickeners.
VE-621-BC, 60 durometer Chlorobutyl for leaching, neutralization, cyanide processes and carbon washing. VE-621-BC offers excellent chemical, weather, heat and oxidation resistance and is used for leaching tank and carbon acid washing. If high abrasion is present VE-628BC is required.
VE-713-BNE, 70 durometer Neoprene for high heat and abrasion conditions. VE-713-BNE may also be used in areas requiring of being a moderate oil resistant lining.
Selection of the correct lining for a particular processing area is complex and involved since each area has distinct solution and slurry characteristics. In general, erosion protection is one of the primary areas of concern and the abrasion severity often determines the lining selected. BLAIR RUBBER's technical staff is experienced in developing linings that facilitate a better return on investment.
